SEATTLE (AP) -- With a downtown core still reeling
from nearly $20 million in losses and some residents
outraged over alleged police misconduct during World
Trade Organization protests, the city is sparing no
effort to avoid a second "Battle of Seattle" on New
Year's Eve.

They've got their heads stuck up their dark places.
