Twenty five years ago relatives obtained a Papal Blessing for my marriage (it is a one page Papal Certificate); I would like to know how to obtain a papal blessing for a friends wedding (procedure / documents and forms / fees required)

The Kaminski family (Polish-Americans) have a firm with locations in Poland and the U.S.. They are specially authorized by the Vatican to obtain blessing certificates, etc.. Go to their Internet site (http://www.papalcollection.com/) and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on "blessings" and proceed from there.
