TB2000 ripoff?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

A couple of slackjaws are suddenly running a commercial on Fox News for "Timebomb 2000" software. Looks like a total panic sell of a me-too BIOS checker.

Does EY have that phrase TM'd?

Ron,

No, I don't have the phrase trademarked, or protected in any way. Seems to me that it would be kinda like attempting to trademark the phrase "water."

Bernard, you a spittin image of LadyilLogic, neither of you have anything to contribute to this forum. So why don't you go talk about it with your Llamas, oh, and watch out, they do spit on people.

Ron,

Sounds like were back to our "Property Rights" thread. TB2000 is copyrighted as a book title at least. If EY didn't authorize it, sounds like a CR violation.
