BODYOPUS QUESTION

I WOULD REALLY APRECIATE ANY INFORMATION ON GETTING THE CARBUP PHASE IN BODYOPUS RIGHT.I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT OF BODYOPUS.I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW MANY CARB GRAMS AT EACH MEAL OR PROTEIN GRAMS,ORWHAT TYPES.I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE ANY INFO ON THIS.ALL I UNDERSTAND IS TO EAT EVERY 2 HOURS EVEN WHILE ASLEEP.PLEASE DROP ME SOME MAIL ON THIS.THANK YOU. censee have you even read the book?chapter 44dan lays out for you 12 feedings 16gr. carbs x lean body weight in kg,or 2.2 lbs.for best results i recomend you start your carb up using cell tech,after your muscles are depleated of glycogen now would be a great time to load creatine,and get your glucose at the same time.or you could just use carbo force,or somthing like that

I would not suggest celltech as the answer to the beginning of your carb up phase. Although, he is not completely wrong. Because of the insulin spike ,that would be the best time to take in creatine. However, if you took in 4 servings of celltech, you would be taking in entirely to much creatine. I use dextrose and then just regular creatine. Now you are ready for cornflakes and skim milk.
