I wonder if anybody out there can suggest a very high quality and very small field monitor (I'll be dragging the thing round Africa for half a year so smallness is v.important) which ideally takes it's power from the XL-1 rather than having a separate power supply.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i have pal xl-1 try elite video for acamera mount 5.6 montor or jvc tm-55ou both come in pal the jvc is portable and uses batts.
