I talked to the guy in the foundary who told me that I had a dream machine to use. But I need to get some blood in a blue vial. How do I do this? Where do I get a vial?

You get the vial from the apoterarhy or something like that after you split Klinn and Pestle with a potion called horrific separation which you get from the curiosity shop. Its in the specials. After you split the two men you can ask the vial from one of them

I don't remember specifically, but I don't think you need to split them in order to get the blood in the vial. They DO reward you for splitting them, though.
