Watching ABC News from Nara, Japan, a few seconds after rollover, a goofy cartoon character appeared on the screen. Then it froze. Then nothing from Japan. Any more news from there?

Nuke plant had a malfunction in the safety equip. The alarm sounded 2 minutes after rollover, and they are reporting no radiation release. The link is in a post higher up...
