How many powerplants in New Zealand, Australia, etc. are on Local time, and how many on GMT? Alot of them may not realize that they have rolled over yet. Any ideas?

No power stations or Grids are on GMT in New Zealand, and as far as can determine this applies to Australia as well.

Can anyone else agree with this report that New Zealand doesn't use GMT? If this is true, I would think that we could say that so far things really are going quite well for sensor type Y2K problems that happen right at rollover. It might even be somewhat safe to suggest that electrical Y2K problems are not turning out to be that bad.
