Cisco systems has posted a number of new bug reports on a variety of their products.. I've been trying to get someone to analyze the data from their site. May have a bearing on this report?Link to Cisco bug reports thread:

It's mellowed out now, but for about 15 - 20 minutes I had 2000 ms delays to Raleigh and Seattle, along with some servers disappearing completely.

here is the link to the north american current 30 day averages, which might give a better over all view. Note:look at it for yourself, just a pretty picture for me! maybe the web needs a little net-lax or sumthin...dunno..all alledged...unverifiableitain'twhytookay

Thanks for the link. I only posted the thread because it was really strange on my end. Delays increased from between 20 to 30x to some locations, and I lost the whole link for about 1 minute. The delays only lasted for about 10 minutes to most locations. Must have been isolated to my location.
