I don't know about that, but 10 years ago there was a story in Quality Progress (that's the industry standard mag for us QA/QC types) about a refrigerator plant in Chicom land that had quality problems. They took the plant manager, QA manager, and a few other guilty parties, and popped a slug into the back of their heads. FOR REAL! If I can dig through my garage I can probably find the article and post it somewhere.Sheeeesh....makes ya appreciate a pink slip!
