Computer problem affects punters

Tabcorp has apologised for a computer problem, which affected betting and Trifecta payments yesterday.

TAB customers were unable to place bets or collect dividends yesterday afternoon for about 20 minutes due to the problem.

Tabcorp said when betting resumed, some Trifecta payments were wrongly calculated and winning tickets cashed before nine o'clock last night were both overpaid and underpaid.

Any customers who believe they were underpaid are asked to make a claim with TABCORP.
