---small blurb on noon newz-an adlib quote here -"areas of rockdale county, georgia, are experiencing a water outtage due to some system failure". That's it, no other explanation, usually whenever there's a water glitch they say something like "workers for xyz company accidently hit a water main while digging..." something like that, but not this time. Supposed to have been going on for over an hour now.
