Need information about a Sevres Porcelain Necklace. Any suggestions on how, who or where I can get an honest appraisal? Very old and has been in family for years. Has large gold tone enhancer. The beads of porcelain are etched with oriental designs and separated by hand etched gold color beads the size of a quarter. Thanks!
