Saw this on the "All Aboard" message site and thought ya'll might like to try it out. Harks back to a more civilized way to travel:

4 sweet potatoes boiled 1/4 cup of butter 1/4 cup of sugar 1/4 cup of honey 1/4 cup of water

In water to cover boil the potatoes untill cooked through, aprox 25-30 minutes Peel cooked potatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Arrange potato halves in a single layer in a baking dish, Meanwhile in the small saucepan heat butter sugar honey and water to a boil. Reduce heat simmer untilla thin syurp forms, about 10-15 minutes. Pour syurp over potatoes Bake Uncovered untill almost all the syurp has ben absorbed round 30 minutes. Baste potatoes ocasionaly during baking serve hot
