can we diggest the uncooked flour ?

I have a lot of different grain and would like to eat them raw, just add to a cup of milk. which one is good and other should be cooked or baked ? oats, rice, rye, wheat, corn, barlay, soya bean

A couple of tablespoons of (uncooked) dry (wheat) flour is an old remedy for diarreha...

Read the posts on sprouting...you can sprout the grains, and eat em.
