As if ailing U.S. Homecare Inc. didn't have enough of a struggle, the Hartford-based company reported Thursday that Y2K computer software problems could hurt cash flow.  In the same disclosure, U.S. Homecare said a software vendor had failed to deliver "promised and necessary software upgrades" to deal with year 2000 problems that surfaced at the start of the new year.
