I am recently working on my PhD project "Methodology of building Expert Systems in Education" and i am looking for any info about the usage of Expert Systems in Distance Education. Any info is welcome!.

To answer your question, you may need to call University of Wisconsin Systems and talk to their Distance Education Coordinators. I know one of them personally and they pretty much built their own systems by themselves. It works. You can try Marinette, Green Bay or Madison.
