I have a tip for anyone making Tuna Salad or any salad that uses boiled eggs in it.

You don't need to boil, peal and chop the eggs, just scramble them on the stove top and add to the salad. You can not tell the difference, and it takes most of the work out of fixing the eggs.

I have done this many times and it is a real timesaver. Also try adding a little applesauce to the tuna for sandwhiches, it is very good.
