Does anyone recognize the actor who played Robbie, the little boy who lost his parents?

I think he was in the movie "Secret of Roan Innish," as Jamie, the little boy who is adopted by the seals.

I don't know who he is, but I particularly liked the way the little girl ran back to the nurse with whom she had built up a rapport. The nurse was very mothering... nice job by an actress whose name I can't remember.

The children losing their parents made me cry my eyes. It tramatized me much more than the stabbing. The stabbing was graphic but I have seen worse but the children ripped my heart out.

Both those kids were great little actors, particularly the little boy. The scene where he lays across his mother's chest, and starts crying, affected me deeply. It brought back memories of when my father died. No matter HOW old you are, you are a child when you lose a parent, and that scene really conveyed that feeling to me.

I, well I won't say I'm a child, but I'm probably younger than most of the people on here, and this deeply affected me, too. The thought of losing my own parents sunk my heart pretty far. I thought it couldn't go any lower but I was soon to be corrected. A fabulous ep. last night.
