My poster shop server is working fine except for one thing. When you hit the INFO button where is should display inks and media status, it reads my media but always tell me that my ink levels are at 100% They are not. Any ideas would be appreciated

We are using PiezoPrint 5000 wich is quite similar machine to the Arizona. The behaviour you describe is normal, because there are no level sensors in the ink bottles. The only information about the ink status is 'Ink Low' LED on the front panel and some similar message on the LCD display. The solution is to check ink level in bottles visualy at regular intervals. This is most important if you run long prints with high ink coverage.
