Anybody have any info on this "planned maintenance" and what if any impact it may have?

Answers

Carl, MTBE is the gasoline additive that has been getting so much bad press lately because of groundwater contamination. So some might think a shutdown is a good thing. (And perhaps its use is optional or there are other substances that could be substituted and won't affect gasoline availability.)

so what this seems to be saying is that 1) they are now down for UNPLANNED maintenance and, if they are lucky, 2) they will be down in march for PLANNED maintenance? the s--t gets deeper and deeper by the day. maybe the solar flare will evaporate some of it.
