Does Lucy have any religious beliefs? I seem to remember John and her talking about religion at some point in an earlier episode, but I can't remember what she said. I'm thinking it was the episode where they were trying to get organ donation. Does anyone remember this?

In the Christmas episode not this year but last year, Carter was reading a letter he got from one of his patients to Lucy about how he had saved his/her life and that he (carter) was an instrument of God. Lucy asks him if he believes in God and I think Carter says yes, but Lucy reluctantly says she's not sure. Then throughout the episode, they are trying to get a mother to consent for her dying son's organ to be transplanted into another patient...or at least that's kind of what goes on. Anyways, Carter believes the irony that this boy is here dying but could save another person has to do with some higher will or religious meaning. After all of Carter's attempts to convince the mother to agree, Lucy is the one who convinces her and Carter calls Lucy an instrument of God, and she says "Oh please". So, she does not seem particularly religious, but maybe she is alittle.

Just a comment, I missed the relationship between Carter and Lucy that they had in that episode.
