Yawn. Predictable Storylines, anyone?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : ER Discussions : One Thread

Not only did they almost drop the one phenomenal storyline of the year... they used really poor storylines as filler.

Did anybody NOT know what was going to happen to Abby's patient? Did anybody NOT see that those girls were going to run away, and that Carol would go after them? Could we all not stop wishing that they would hurry up and finish the sadly routine plot lines and get to the stuff we tuned in to see? They should've ended sweeps with "All in the Family." Go out with a bang, not with a long, predictable whimper. Oh, and a bag o' reruns to redeem themselves.

You summed up my feelings exactly. Predictable, disappointing and a total yawn. Certainly a lame follow up to the incredible heights the last two episodes reached. I didn't want a total dwelling in grief but more of an acknowledgment and Lucy's memorial already over? It should be yet to come! I posted Lucy Who? and Trauma Anyone? You summed those sentiments up nicely, thank
