Mr. Kosmicki Here are my questions on part two of The Inhabited Woman

1. Why did no one in the movement think about the possibility of General Vela being in the weapons room during their siege?

2. Why did the author have all the so-called "aristocrats" die in the book? Does this have some type of double meaning?

I think the attack was going so well that the rebels forgot about the secret room. They thought the General had left the premisis of the house. My question is how did the son know that the general was in he room if he was at the party with the rest of the family?
