Could someone please explain how to do this problem. It seems that you need Cp. Is there a way to do it without Cp, or to solve for it??? Thanks

You are at constant volume so you need Cv. You do not need to solve for it the book assumes you can look it up. Cv for He is 12.47J/kmol.
