I'm still getting this message:

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Can't locate smart.cfg in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/lib C:/Perl/site/lib .) at D:\home\n150s242\smart\smart.cgi line 27.

I have a test set up at www.MindUnwind.com.indextest.html

Check the file name and the location of your smart.cfg file. make sure it is the same name as it is said in the CGI file and same path location with your CGI file.
