We are trying to update & renovate our baseball dugouts and concession stands. Any ideas on how to get donations of materials (sheetock, cabinetry, etc.) or other fundraising avenues?

Ask. Ask everyone you know. Ask everyone that anyone on the board knows. Ask everyone that anyone in the league knows. Someone, somewhere knows of a company that might donate materials, and labor, and money to your league, you just have to ask.
