Is there anyway to run Postershop on a Mac G4? There is no ADB port to plug the key into. Is there a USB key that can be used?

No. There is no way to run PosterShop on any non-Wintel system. This is clearly stated in Chapter 12, approximately page 26, of the /Users Guide/.

PosterShop can accept images created on non-Windows systems for processing and printing.
