Hello, Family home required for film production location. Can you help?

We are students attending the Surrey Institute of Art & Design who are required to produce, in a professional manner, a film for graduation.

Our film dictates the need for a family home to film in and this location is needed for the dates of the 14th of April to the 24th of April. The location will need to provide at least two bedrooms, hallway and stairs and a spacious kitchen. Money can be offered in return for access to a location that can provide the above.
