Oil Gains As Market Awaits OPEC Action

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Oil prices in the U.S. bounced Thursday, but the market remained nervous as it awaited a key producers' meeting to set output policy later this month. Oil for April delivery rose 37 cents to $31.09 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), recovering part of a 97-cent loss Wednesday.
