B.C.: Airbus forced to turn backNational Post
VANCOUVER - A Canada 3000 Airbus bound for London lost part of its left wing during takeoff on Friday night and had to turn back for an emergency landing in Vancouver. The plane, which lost part of its engine cowl, landed safely and passengers were transferred to another aircraft for the trip to London. Among the passengers were students from three high schools going to England for spring break.
