In the lab manual on page 61, part C, question 3, there is a reference to page 297 in our book which is supposed to give some sort of diagram and an equation. There is no such thing. What is the actual page number that this information is found on?

I believe the reference is to figure a on page 505 in the 3rd edition. The equation referred to is now equation 12.1.
