Anybody know how much the Polaroid Sprintscan 4000 retails for (#) in the UK, or where i can get one from ?

I can find lots of suppliers in US / Australia etc. but none in UK.

Dabs list it as available to special order for just over #1200 + VAT. I'm sure it's a lot cheaper from the States. I don't think its available "off the shelf" anywhere in the UK, so if you've got to get it by mail-order anyway, why not order from the cheapest source worldwide?

have since found that i can order from JESSOPS directly and pick it up at the store, and it costs #1700 inc VAT. Still cheaper to order over Internet, but anyone know if i will have to pay any tax to import it ?
