Do you exercise regularly?

What's your routine?

If you do step aerobics, please recommend any good, intermediate step videos - doing the same one over and over can get too repetitive before the challenge wears off, so i like to rotate through a variety. Lately I've been doing Jane Fonda's Step Aerobic and Abdominal Workout; I used this tape a lot a few years ago and liked it, but then stopped doing step aerobics for a long time. I recommend the tape, by the way, because it has variations for beginners through advanced-level steppers. I'm currently using the tallest step level, but doing the easier level of moves, so I'm calling my level intermediate.

I used to do step aerobics all the time, but I haven't done it regularly in years. We moved away from the gym I was going to and the house we were living in previously didn't have the space for me to do it. I did have some good tapes though, so I'll look them up for you. I think it was the Kathy Smith ones that I found to be good. But I had the same repetive problem that you talked about. That's why going to the gym to do it was good.

I haven't been exercising very regularly but I have been slowing getting back into the swing of it. I've got a bunch of weddings coming up, including my own, and I want to look good so I'm hitting the gym and keeping active as much as possible.

hahahaha.... heheheheh... hohoohoh... what a riot. uhm, no. i guess i should. not to say that i am slothful, slothlike, slothonic (an ode to the house of yes, a movie everyone should like)... i just am active enough that it kind of constitutes my excercise regimine. i live near the capital here in madison and walk oh, 20 to 25 minutes every day just to get to class. i don't wimp it out on a bike or bus or anything. actually, i know i've gotten better because when i first moved here it would take me darn near half an hour to get to my first class, now i can make it in a brisk 22 minutes... and i swing dance, and just dance in general, and salsa dance, and merengue... so really who needs boring excercise? well, some people find it not boring. that's perfectly alright too.... but some do and some do not.
