Is it the silly sitcoms, the fast paced action series, or the simple kids shows that keep you surfing the cable stations in search of a little nostalgia? Which ones do you still watch now when you get a chance?

For me, a newly discovered fondness for Emergency and the always present love of the Dick VanDyke show still keep me watching Nick at Nite and TV Land.
