CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE I CAN FIND A REPUTABLE LENDER THAT DOESN'T WANT TO RIP ME OFF IN FEE'S TO ARRANGE A MORTGAGE FOR ME. I HAVE A BAD CREDIT RATING FROM MY PAST, BUT I NOW HAVE A GOOD JOB AND I AM IN A POSITION TO PAY A MORTGAGE.

Try Woolwich Direct. I don't know if this type of mortgage is available on the Internet, but we telephoned them and got a Mortgage. My partner had ccj against him and his credit file was really bad, but they do a special type, although it has a higher interest rate, that takes into account your ability to pay now.
