Bible and Pokemon

Why someone with talent and money doesn't invent a game (or a movie) with biblical characters and stories? Then we'll see our little ones (and some adults perhaps) learning who Moses, Abraham and Jesus were..... They'll be trading Abdenagoh for Mathusala, David for Jonas, etc. etc. and eventually come to know God's Word. Will the children of darkness always be smarter than the children of light?

My dear friend,
What you desire already exists.

Fr. Joseph Fessio, an orthodox Jesuit, started "Ignatius Press" in California in the 1980s. Though they started with books and a magazine, they now sell videotapes. Please look at the list of materials for adults and children at this site:
http://www.ignatius.com/videosindex.htm

Divinity Religious Products has two games for families -- a Bible game and a Catechism game -- to help children and adults learn. Here is a site where the Bible game can be ordered:

I don't believe that Divinity has its own Internet site yet.

Be optimistic. Christ has conquered the powers of darkness.
Viva Cristo Rey!

I'm sorry that I forgot to mention that you must click on the "Title Index" link at the top of the Ignatius Press page in order to see the helpful lists.
