Use for Canned Stewed Tomates

This is one of the easiest and most delicious salsa recipes I've ever tried:

1 14 1/2 oz can stewed tomatoes 4 Habanero peppers (veins and seeds removed), quartered 1 tsp garlic salt

Put the canned tomatoes and prepared peppers in a 1 qt pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and cook 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and pour in a blender with the garlic salt. Store in the refrigerator. (Note: you may decrease number of peppers to taste or leave veins and seeds in to increase the heat). Great on eggs, with chips, or with tacos or burros-enjoy!

My daughters love canned stewed tomatoes mixed with cooked macaroni. Also for great seafood sauce, mix ketchup with horseradish. I will give the salsa a try because we eat a lot of canned tomatoes because I have a lot.
