In reference with the SPECTRUM OF TEACHING STYLES / Mosston and Ashworth (1986)

I need to know what each of the (A - J) teaching styles is called, for example

A - Command Style, where the teacher explains everything and the student has no freedom

C/D - Reciprocal style, where students work in pairs and apply what they have been told to their performance, being allowed to make mistakes

J - Problem Solving, where students are given a problem and must solve it by their own means with no help from an authoritative figures
