MIAMI (AP) - A power outage at AmericanAirlines Arena delayed the start of Sunday's Miami Heat-Orlando Magic game for more than an hour.
The outage, which occurred just after the starting lineups were introduced at 12:40 p.m., affected nearly a thousand customers in the downtown area, a spokesman for Florida Power and Light said.
The problem involved a main feeder line, and the utility was uncertain how quickly the problem would be fixed, the spokesman said.
