Title: Another Prisoner from Halifax Jail Mistakenly Walks

YARMOUTH, N.S. (CP) - Police in Nova Scotia are looking for a prisoner, described as dangerous, who was mistakenly allowed to walk away from a Yarmouth courthouse.

Jason Arnold Middleton was serving time in the Halifax Correctional Centre but had been taken to Yarmouth to face drug charges. The charges were dropped.

Sheriff's deputies then allowed him to leave unaware that he should have been returned to jail in Halifax.

Middleton is described as six-foot-four and about 200 pounds.

It's the second time this year a prisoner from the centre has been mistakenly allowed to leave.
