WIRE:04/22/2000 09:15:00 ET Turkish Airlines plane skids off runway, 6 injuredDIYARBAKIR, Turkey, April 22 (Reuters) - A domestic Turkish Airlines plane on Saturday skidded off the runway on landing at the eastern city of Siirt, mildly injuring six passengers, an airport official said. The official told Reuters the RJ-100 type plane had skidded off the runway amid heavy rains before grinding to a halt in a nearby field. The six injured were taken to hospital for treatment.
