greenspun.com : LUSENET : Grassroots Information Coordination Center (GICC) : One Thread

The new tax return free system at the Inland
Revenue Department has run into problems that
could see up to 100,000 taxpayers receiving
inaccurate statements this year.

. . .

The National Party's revenue spokesperson,
Annabel Young, is concerned the Inland Revenue
Department is blaming employers for a problem
with tax statements that appears to be its fault.

Ms Young said the department has a long history
of blaming others for its mistakes.
