I think Romano definitely needs an amorous encounter, but with CHEN??? Yikes. I guess TPTB are into no-chemistry pairings ... Benton and Finch, to some extent Corday & Greene, now Romano & Chen? Pulleeeze. And what about the ethics of a hospital chief kissing a resident?

-- Cindy (tailchasers@earthlink.net), May 04, 2000.

I dunno---I kind of saw a bit of Romano's heart when his dog was sick. Also when Lucy died. I think that he's probably a lonely guy, not unlike any other lonely guy. Doesn't he deserve a little happiness, too?

Ah...why the heck not? It would be an unusual pairing, perhaps a little controversial as far as the work place goes...

One of the spoilers posted earlier *did* mention some interaction between the two, but it didn't sound romantic.

Oh, I don't know...I think Romano has a strange kind of charm...he kind of grows on you. Like a fungus, or a mold...well, several of you seem to think some romance would do him good, so that begs the question: if not Chen, then who? Suggestions?

Hmm...who should Romano date? We know that he finds Hathaway, Corday, and the missing-in-action Doyle attractive -- but I just like those three too much to do that to them!!

I dislike Chen and Romano, but I enjoy disliking Romano -- he's so outrageous it's fun. Maybe he should get with Abby?

I think Elizabeth and Romano have tons of chemistry!

-- amanda (amanda.rehm@home.com), May 04, 2000.

I don't know about Elizabeth and Romano, but I really like her w/ Mark. But maybe Romano and Chen will have a good chance. Is that her name now?

-- Aimee (aimeefield@hotmail.com), May 04, 2000.

Yuck, yuck, YUCK!! I DO love Romano and i DO think he deserves some happiness. . . but not with her!! I hate to break Mark and Lizzie up, but they really don't have any chemistry, and Romano's definitely got the hots for her. . .

-- joy (joygirl01@yahoo.com), May 05, 2000.

Oh God no - Romano and Chen?.... I feel sick... it can't be... I don't even want to imagine Romano with anyone, but Chen? How could she? But I'd rather see him with her than with Corday, she's out of his league.

Ummm... it would help if you would confirm where you read/heard this spoiler before we all start running around like chickens with our heads cut off.

For instance, last season the Star claimed that Chen and Romano would get together before the season finale, but it never happened. This sounds like more of the same hooey.

Wait a second... this is an ancient thread from the end of last season!

-- Tracy (bankybooda@aol.com), September 17, 2000.

It is from last season. In fact I think this spoiler was in the Star magazine. Wasn't it?

-- Cammie (rmaelhorn@home.com), September 17, 2000.

Oh...my...GOD. This is too rich. *snerk* May 6th to September 17th. This is what I call a persistent thread, right Mike? ROTFLMAO...

-- Cecelia (evilstoat@hotmail.com), September 17, 2000.

I'd sure like to know how this thread got pulled up, considering we don't run a search engine on the bboard (I don't like that fact, btw), and considering this thread is about halfway down a list under "Spoiler Information." At any rate, this is an excellent example of why I kind of wish people wouldn't use the bboard as they would Usenet or others -- because things stick around forever, you need to explicitly check the date on the thread before launching into a rant about old, already covered stuff.

Oh well.
