Hello, I am new to the board, but I am so glad I found it. Anyway, I had a question about the EMS-Muscle stimulator systems you find at various web sites and now in stores.....Do they really help build strength, endurance and/or muscle mass??? Can you use these things ALONE to help tone and "CUT"?? Can you use these things ALONE to help build muscle?? Does alone have one now and use it or like it??
