Brittannia Airways flight makes emergency landing

MAY 8, 2000, M2 Communications - A Brittannia Airways flight enroute from Cardiff, Wales to the Greek island of Zakynthos was forced to make an emergency landing at Cardiff International Airport on Monday 8 May after a problem with one of the engines was reported.

Airport spokeswoman Nicola Greaves said that the aircraft landed safely and no one was hurt. She added that the Airbus 320 was being examined.
