How is this board for security?

Standard password protected security on Oracle. Fairly secure, but breakable if brute strength is uses.

As well, the e-mail bounces used are non-encrypted and can be captured to and from the server.

It is a decent tradeoff for the functionality, I guess. We could build a more secure, encrypted end-to-end solution, but I think it is overkill. I don't think there are many people interested in what we're doing.

Any confidential files with financials and plans can be sent encrypted to interested parties and kept on local servers. Then again, there is a laptop missing with US military secrets, so maybe even keep the files encrypted on your local machine :-)

Thoughts?
