Any feedback on retention schedules for GPRA records of any type? Do you consider these budgetary records or Performance Planning Records? Should retention schedule differ according to importance of program mission area of agency?

And thanks Alice

Alice - Hi - this may be a repeat as I sent via an E-mail on Tuesday. Being new, I didn't know the "password" until Charley shared.

Of note, here in Hawaii we had a group called Strategic Planning Intragration Office (SPIO) and which is now APIC related within my Directorate of Resource Management. Although the "proponents" for these sections are TDY to D.C. at this point at an ACOE function, I could get with them next week and ask any specific questions if you desire. In regards to your 3 questions I offer:

 Any feedback on retention schedules for GPRA records of any type?

The proponents feel they should be flexible, based on the study behind the mission - allow them to determine through a standardization baseline; i.e., maintain for 2 years following completion of project.

 Do you consider these budgetary records or Performance Planning Records?

Staff feels they are performance related.

 Should retention schedule differ according to importance of program mission area of agency?

As noted in the first question, flexible as these are often long range programs.

If you have more specific questions, please advise.
