I really enjoyed the interaction in the exam room when Carol was talking to Luka and he was mad. He was so sweet, he just had to forgive her and I liked how she made him smile! They would have made a great couple had she stayed, but I was SSSOOOOO happy to see her with Doug. SO much suspense when she pulled up in the car, knocked on the door, walked down to the pier.... WOW it was awesome! They just belonged.

I really felt bad for Luka when she said "you will find someone who loves you as much as your wife did". After that guys soulmate speech I was like "what if he doesn't - his wife was probably his soulmate and he'll never love anyone the way he loved her!" I am so glad she went to talk to Luka before she left!

Oh my gosh, poor Luka! I feel so heartbroken for him! Although I know Doug & Carol ought to be together, and were so cute, I just feel Carol was so insensitive with Luka. The expressions on Goran's face! He is the best actor on the show IMO (well, Noah Wyle too). I hope they will show more of his (Luka's) PTSD, because that is what it felt like to me!

She wasn't being insensitive toward Luka. While it may be hard for him to take now, knowing that Carol left for her "soulmate" will be much better in the long-run. It's not as if she ran off for some random guy, this is Doug we're talking about, and her speech was absolutely beautiful...

"...If he's still in love with me. Because...I'm still in love with him. I am. I've been in love with him since I was twenty-three years old. He's...He's everything to me. He's my life. I feel complete when I'm with him and I feel empty when we're apart. And...he's the father of my children...and he's my soulmate."

Then her assuring Luka that he'll find someone, who will love him the way he deserves to be loved. Aah!! What a beautiful scene. And then the end...I don't believe I've ever been so happy!!!! :-)
