Yes there is diffently too many characters!!!! No one really enteracts with anyone any more like in the first 5 seasons.

No. C'mon, do your really expect your favorite character (as hot as he/she may be) to show up on every single episode? In real life do you think hospitals only include a certain number of employees? It makes the show more realistic. Need I say more?
